Tomato Paste – heaping tablespoon (Mutti is great here)
Black Pepper – to taste
Salt – coarse and fine
Garlic Cloves – 4 cloves
Olive Oil (extra virgin)
Italian Flatleaf Parsley – 1 bunch, minced
Chili Pepper – 1 fresh
Chili Powder – to taste
Paccheri Pasta – 320 grams (such as De Cecco)
Mussels – 1 kg
Clams – 1.5 kg
Scampi or Large Shrimp – 7-8 (in shells or just the tails)
Calamari (Squid) – 800 grams
