1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
2 cloves of garlic
Rosemary or other herbs
Salta and Pepper to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Passo della Palomba Moraiolo is my favourite choice for this dish)
Chilli to taste
