
Made a quick and dirty tomato sauce with cherry tomatoes, onions, garlic and olive oil, with a couple tablespoons of chopped Calabrian chilis. Once the sauce was done, added Romano and parm mixed with egg yolk off the heat to add cheezy creaminess. Made the Garganelli from scratch for the first time tonight. Need to roll them thinner next time and let them fry longer but it tasted super good!
