Here’s how to make a samosa last time we filled it with spinach and feta this time it’s potatoes peas and spices you can fill it up with whatever you want and dip it in some chutney let me know what filling you want next let’s grab 2 cups of all-purpose flour 2

Teaspoons of clarified butter a pinch of carom seeds and salt then bring it into a bowl and pour on some olive oil and let this rest for 30 minutes shout out to eugene for keeping me fresh with the shirt then in a hot pan add some clarified butter with ginger

Turmeric and garlic chili flakes garam masala and green chilies then add in your peas in a separate bowl add in boiled potatoes with your mixture and then cilantro and salt give it a good mix now you can make little balls of dough and flatten it out with a rolling pin

And then around the perimeter add a mixture of flour and water now you can begin filling it add in your mixture fold it like a paper airplane close it up shape it up and heat up some oil to 350 degrees then have this fried for five minutes that’s it enjoy
