This one’s a keeper recipe. I’ve made it over 2/3 days before with a Levito Madre and it’s a Labour of live to be gone in about ten minutes. I like how the dough gets the overnight in the fridge to make everything meld and give that special flavour. Making this tomorrow . Happy Christmas everyone ❤
