Today is a different day! Something we don’t normally do! Reviewing a chain restaurant! Johnny Carinos Italian in Pigeon Forge is a franchise but this location is the only one in all of Tennessee! It doesn’t hurt that they have some really fresh Italian food and Christy loves the Italian Nachos! So on a work day, I’m gonna treat her out to a little early dinner date and have a little dessert too! This menu is so good and has so much to choose from! I really think Italian pastries are the best.
Authentic carbonara has 5 simple ingredients: guanciale, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg yolks, pecorino-Romano, pepper. No peas, cream, bacon, or pancetta. I’ll still try Johnny Carino’s and love your reviews
