Two Italian Girls Making Homemade Pizza! My First Cooking Video Ever!
If you don’t know the story on how I started doing cooking videos, well this is where the story started. I did one webcam show where I made a couple things live in front of viewers, but this is the very first cooking video I ever made. I did it for fun with my gf Joanna and if you can’t tell we had been drinking a little bit.
The sauce:
Fresh cherry tomatoes or 1 32-ounce can whole or diced tomatoes
6 to 8 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, plus more to taste
Salt
Fresh-cracked pepper
Olive oil
The pizza dough:
1 teaspoon sugar
1 envelope instant dry yeast
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 1/2 cups water, 110 degrees F
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 2 teaspoons
I put proscuitto and fresh basil on it after it cooks…I prefer it because cooking will dry out the beautiful proscuitto and the basil won’t be as good 🙂
