    Recipe: roast black paper, add cooked pasta and slowly add water. Whisk pecorino with hot water separately until creamy. Turn off the heat, add pecorino cream.

    Gorgeous, great plate… in future, I’d wipe the right side of the plate with a wet paper towel… umm… I just would.
