Easy shakshuka recipe

Ingredients:
3-4 large eggs
3 cups canned chopped tomatoes
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper diced
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
salt, pepper to taste
Fresh parsley and feta cheese for garnish

Recipe:
Dice the onion and red bell pepper. Add oil to a pan, add diced vegetables and saute until softened, for about 4-5 minutes. Pouring the chopped tomatoes and add all of the spices. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 5 more minutes. Crack your eggs into the tomatoes and cook for 6 minutes until the whites have set but the yolks are still runny. Garnish with fresh parsley and crumbled feta cheese before serving. Enjoy!
