Looking for suggestions on a sauce to pair up with a mushroom ravioli. Not really wanting to do a brown butter and sage. But here’s what I’ve got so far.
Stuffing:
Crimini, chanterelle, shittake
Caramalized shallot
Russet potato
Garlic
Sauce idea I’ve tried so far is a shallot & thyme cream sauce.

Both sauces would go well with the mushroom flavor!
Maybe one of the following:
Spicy tomato cream sauce
Simple Alfredo sauce
Garlic butter sauce
Creamy garlic sauce
White bolognese sauce
I’m just an at home cook so just throwing what sounds to me paired with lovely homemade mushroom ravioli. Well done, they look great!
