Chorizo Meatloaf Recipe
¾ pound (12oz) ground beef
¼ lb (4oz) chorizo, fully cooked and drained a little
1 egg
½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
3 tbsp whole milk
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped Chipotle Pepper with some Adobo sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
½ small can of diced green chiles
1 tsp Maggi seasoning
2 cloves roasted garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
Bacon Wrapped Country Meatloaf Recipe
1 pound ground beef
1 eggs
½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
3 tbsp whole milk
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
½ celery stalk, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
6-8 slices of bacon, uncooked
Meatloaf Alla Casalinga
¾ pound (12oz) ground beef
¼ pound (12oz) italian sausage, hot or mild
1 eggs
½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
3 tbsp whole milk
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup marinara sauce
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp dried basil or 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
1 tsp dried oregano or 1 tbsp fresh chopped oregano
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Roman cheese
Meatloaf Glazes
Country Meatloaf
¼ cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Worchestersire Sauce
½ tsp Black Pepper
Chorizo Meatloaf
¼ cup Ketchup
2 tbsp red Enchilada Sauce
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Meatloaf Alla Cassalinga
¼ cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 clove Roasted Garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Oh. My. Goodness. This is a perfect example of why I signed up reasonably early on. Entertaining video all the way through, including my always favorite part -you, enjoying your own cooking. I always get flashbacks of Snuffles the Floating Dog, from the Quickdraw McGraw cartoon series, after he gets a treat biscuit, when your eyes roll closed after that first bite. Also, thinking of that lineup of leftover meatloaf, chilled, sliced thick, reheated on griddle or grill, and made into sandwiches -each with its own appropriate cheese and vegetable condiments, has me making plans for the next time wife is out of town.
Another creative and fun video as always! I've never been a big meatloaf (the food, not the singer) fan, but these will probably be my go-to recipes if I ever need to make the dish.
