Pasta isn’t homemade unfortunately but the sauce was all me. Made a basic arrabbiata sauce using tomato pulp and fresh pepperoncino calabrese, cooked the sausage in the oven until slightly cooked and then finished them off in the pan along with the sauce. Simple but delicious.
