I don’t have a recipe per se, sorry. I just had an over abundance of sage in my garden, and some left over roast potatoes that I peeled and mashed to make the gnocchi. I stuffed each one with a little bit of mozzarella, that’s why they are a bit of a weird shape.

Visually looks good, aren’t the gnocchi on the very large size? Or are they stuffed? (even if very large looks to be super tasty)
Outstanding
Reading the title made me drool on my phone, then I looked at the pictures and I bite my phone
I have a feeling of a highly refined Olive Garden.
Pro:
– All from scratch
– Creative
Contra:
– Roasted the gnocchi like some Italian American restaurants do
– Multiple recipes in one (1. brown butter and sage with speck; 2. creme fraiche, stuffed mozzarella)
So I am not sure why one needs to complicate a recipe that stands out for simplicity. At the same time I appreciate the hard work involved in the exercise.
Good looking, wrong sub.
if you still have some sage left from your garden you could make fried sage
