The fluffy Idli when dipped in the flavourful Rasam make for a mouth-watering experience. Serve it as a snack, breakfast or even light dinner, it is a nutritious combination. The best part is that is is super easy to prepare.
You can serve hot rasam with rice and potato, brinjal or okra stir fry for a fulfilling meal.
If you made extra rasam, you can also refrigerate it. However, make sure you boil it before having and consume within two days.
You can also add 1/2 tsp of jaggery paste at the end for a nicely balanced flavour. Transfer the rasam in serving bowls and pair them with crispy papads and platter of chutneys.
