  2. Basically a banana and oat soufflé. Oats and bananas are a way better carb source than bread. Top with some real maple syrup, cinnamon, and stevia.

  5. I was excited about making this seemingly easy recipe. When I flipped the frying pan over, 80% of the “soufflé” stuck to the bottom of the pan. Sh-t. I spooned the 80% back into the pan and heated for the last 10 minutes. I’m waiting now to try the mess. Hope it’s good ?

  7. Skip the oats. You'd get more flavor from a concrete block. Use flour and some baking soda with a splash of vanilla. Much better.
