The Gnocchi That Will Make You Love Italian Cuisine!
When garlic, spinach, and gnocchi come together in a delightful and creamy Alfredo sauce, there’s an explosion of flavors in every bite.
Ingredients:
* 450 grams of potato gnocchi
* 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
* 2 tablespoons of olive oil
* 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 240 ml of heavy cream
* 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
* 1 teaspoon of paprika
* 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
* 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
* 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
* Salt and black pepper, to taste
* 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
* 200 grams of fresh spinach leaves
* Red chili flakes (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the potato gnocchi according to the package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set them aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat and add the olive oil.
3. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, then add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer, then add the cream cheese and mix well.
5. Add paprika, dried parsley, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper, stirring to blend the flavors.
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
7. Mix in the fresh spinach leaves and cook for a few minutes until they wilt slightly.
8. Add the cooked potato gnocchi to the skillet and toss them well to coat with the creamy Alfredo sauce.
