Pepperoni Pizza Roll

This is a Pepperoni Pizza Roll cooked in an Air Fryer!
Can be cooked in the oven as well! I cooked at 400Deg for about 12-15min.

Dough Ingredients:
-Bread flour 95 g
-Water 57 g
-olive oil 6 g
-salt 3g
-1g of instant yeast

Sauce:
-Passata
-basil
-parsley
-oregano
-salt
-crushed red pepper

Toppings:
-pepperoni
-Mozzarella
-Provolone
-Pecorino Romano
-oregano
-olive oil
