Please follow this step by step for 4 month old baby food (stage one baby food) :

Recipe 1 Avocado Puree
Ingredients :
1/2 Avocado
Breastmilk or formula milk
How To:
Cut the avocado in half
Scoop out the avocado
Mash the avocado with a fork
Add breastmilk or formula milk to thin the puree
You can add more milk until the right consistency
Consistency: Runny puree for the first week
Transfer them to a bowl
Avocado puree is ready 🙂

Recipe 2 Banana Puree
Ingredients :
1 Banana
Breastmilk or formula milk
How To:
Slice the banana
Mash the banana with a fork
Add breastmilk or formula milk
Mix well until you get a creamy texture
Banana puree is ready 🙂
Serve it with love!

Recipe 3 Baby rice cereal
Ingredients :
1 tbsp the rice cereal powder homemade
1/2 cup water
Breastmilk or formula milk
How To:
Place water & the rice powder in a saucepan
Mix well to avoid any clumps
Cook in low medium flame
Keep stirring
Cook until the mixture is thick
Add breastmilk or formula milk for a creamy texture

Recipe 4 Sweet Potato Puree
Ingredients :
1 Sweet Potato
How To:
Wash and peel sweet potato
Cut the sweet potato into small cubes
Place the sweet potato in a steamer basket
Cover and steam for 10 minutes or until tender
Alternatively, you can bake the sweet potato
Transfer them to a blender
Add some of the cooking liquid
Blend them until very smooth
