Kanchipuram Idli
Ingredients :
Take a Kadhai and add
2 tbsp – Ghee
1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp – Chana Dal
1 tbsp – Urad Dal
Roast Little and add
1 tbsp – Ginger Finely Chopped
1 tbsp – Curry Leaves Finely Chopped
1 tbsp – Green Chillies FinelyChopped
1/4 Cup – Carrot Finely Chopped
1 Cup – Sooji ( Semolina )
1/4 tsp – Asafoetida ( Hing )
Mix and Roast little like 2-3 Min Only
1/4 Cup – Chopped Cashew
Pinch – Turmeric Powder
Mix and Keep aside for Cooling
after that add
Salt to taste
2 tbsp – Coriander Leaves Chopped
3/4 Cup – Curd
Mix Properly ,Keep for 15 Min and then add
1/2 Cup – Water
1 Pack – Eno Blue
And Make a Idli and Steam it Like 15 min and Keep Rest for 5 Min and Serve
Coconut Chutney
Take a Mixture Jar and add
1+1/2 Cup – Fresh Coconut Grated Without Skin
3/4 Cup – Roasted Chana Dal
2 tbsp – Coriander Chopped
2 no – Green Chillies
2 inch – Ginger Chopped
Salt to taste
3/4 Cup – Water
8-10 no – Curry Leaves
Grind a Chutney and Serve With Idli
Tadka :
1 tbsp – Oil
1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
1 tsp – Urad Dal
1 tsp – Chana Dal
5-6 no – Curry Leaves
1 no – Whole Red Chilli
Mix and add into Chutney
Serve
