  1. The ideal pairing is: bucatini=matriciana; spaghetti=carbonara. This is because bucatini “takes” the sauce better

    It looks perfect, bucatini is not my favourite type of pasta for carbonara but that plate looks exquisite

    Another carbonara? did you use guancuiale at least? I see three grains of pepper in the picture might be too less to call it carbonara!
