I like cooked Angel Hair pasta or Fettuccine pasta with sauté sliced zucchini, mushrooms, Italian seasoning; shrimp and/or cubed chicken, mild ground sweet Italian sausage with Alfredo sauce and fresh Parmesan, parsley. Tastes like Olive Garden.
No measuring just cook and throw together. Sometimes I make my own Alfredo sauce which is simple. Milk, butter,1 pkg.cream cheese and fresh Parmesan cooked on low medium heat until melted and hot. Less than 5 minutes.

I haven't been able to keep up to the zuchinni in the garden so I've started to just cube them up and air fry them with salt and pepper. U:LTRA easy, tasty, and it'll get ya caught up on garden produce.
