250 g instant polenta
500 ml milk
20 ml olive oil
125 g mozzarella cheese
100 g parmesan cheese
50 g pitted olives
2 sprigs of basil
300 g cherry tomatoes
½ tsp dry oregano
½ tsp dry garlic
Salt and black pepper

  1. Great recipe, I would swap only one thing, using garlic infused olive oil instead of dry garlic. I’ve never liked the taste of it.

  2. I'm a bit confused. The video shows equal measures of milk and water being poured into the pot, but the recipe doesn't mention water. Is one meant to use milk or water?
