Same here Elle, I hope I got that right. Down to the deli. 500 grams of seafood mixture. Best Paella I have ever tasted. A family said the same. The mussels were so tasty from the other flavours. Go to the fishmonger, even better. Tradition is what you learn from family.

When you asked if you put the lemon in, were you talking about the sauce?
You don't eat no ham is actually how they would have said it in Old and Middle English too (that is Anglo Saxon and medieval English). The double negation survived in colloquial English but was displaced from written English by assimilation to Latin grammar rules which later took over in colloquial English as people got more and more literate. Most times one should just follow the natural language instinct. I replaced the prosciutto with seasoned thin slices of beef. It was great.

Jean, you have become my go to chef and teacher. One of the reasons is because each video is real. You don’t edit out all the flaws. It would have been easy to redo this video, but leaving it as it was encourages those of us who find ourselves a little overwhelmed with out project and we aren’t doing a video at the same time. So, thank you for keeping it real.
Thank you for another amazing recipe. I made it today and it was delicious. It's a bit deceptive, though; this recipe is quite a bit more involved than it leads on. This is not your fault by any means, but it took me longer than I anticipated.
I don't think it's right you remove recipes because of some opinionated people. It's ultimately your decision of course, but this is not a vox populi community; you're the captain.

Your paella recipe looked delicious, no wonder I couldn't find it. Surly a paella was traditionally made with mutton, but moved to fish after a lot of different versions, therefore it can be made with "whatever makes you happy" 😉

Wait a minute, Jack is a buff boy, look at that forearm muscles! The skinny guy art needs updating, man been lifting! If he eats similar to what the Chef presents then it's no surprise, that's basically protein, fat and veggies (unprocessed carbs), you can't not build muscle with that food.
