  1. I made Bucatini All’Amatriciana (your recipe) using Mancini pasta for Mother’s Day and it was AMAZING! Do you like Mancini Vincenzo? Thanks for all the amazing videos and recipes. You are the real reason I’ve started cooking!

  2. I live in north east Pennsylvania and there is no good pasta here . Would it be better to order it from the internet?

  3. Molisana is also my favourite 👍

Was just wondering how you would rate Garofalo and Agnesi?

  4. Out of this list, there's only De Ceco and La Molisana available where I live, which is good, because they're often on sale too. 🙂

  5. Qui in Portogallo comprò la pasta Rustichella D'Abruzzo (Lavorazione Artigianale) ed è davvero buono👌

  6. Rummo is my favorite! because i can't eat gluten because of being celiac DH. Rummo makes the best glutenfree pasta in the world!!!! 10 stars for me for Rummo, it's definitely better than molisana. Making good pasta GF IS very hard to do!

  7. What happened to De Cecco? It was a really good pasta and it made me happy that I could buy it everywhere. But the last time I used it the taste was not at all good.

  8. Molisana used to be easy to find here until you posted your pasta video sometime ago, alas! Fortunately, Delverde is not far from me.

  9. I am grateful to get de cecco, but now that you've brought it to my attention I'll have to see if I can find others

  10. In the UK, I have found that Lidl and M&S premium own brand to be roughly on the same level as DeCecco, but otherwise, good pasta is so hard to find.

  11. Vincenzo, are you familiar with the Alessi brand? It is sold here in America. I have started using a product that they call "Spaghetti Alla Chitarra". It is square cut with bronze dies, and seems to meet most of your requirements for a quality pasta. I knew that using higher quality pasta would improve the texture, but what really surprised me, was the flavor. It has a subtle, but still noticeable difference in flavor, that I really enjoy. Anyway, I was just curious if you had tried the Alessi brand. They make a wide selection of products for italian cooking, but I have not tried most of them.

  12. Rummo pasta in the USA is very different that what you would but in Italy, here it’s almost orange in color, it’s dried way too fast, completely different product, I’ve had both, the first number on the skew number is an 8, it was made in Italy, if it’s a 0 it was made in USA, huge difference

  13. Any opinion on Garofalo? They sell it here in the US as a premium organic brand in Costco membership warehouse stores. I like it better than most products I've tried from regular supermarkets.

  14. Bullshit.
There thousands of pasta brands around the world.
Why italian keep thinking that they are the pasta keepers in the world.
Pasta is not even an italian product in its origin.
Maybe italian people don't know but there is pasta, and cheese, and tomatoes, and ham, and flour, and smoked pork belly or cheeks all over the world.

  15. I’m a Vincenzo fan however , I think you blew it with this article. Picking La Molisana pasta over DeCecco dementrates this
High rating for Delverde, makes no sense. Company went bankrupt and Italian government sold it for one dollar … several more bankruptcies later , the recipe was changed to make it more profitable and cheaper
Good thing this article is subjective and just your opinion

  16. Deverde!! 🥰 There's only one store near me here in NorCal that sells it, but it's only a mile away, so I go there especially to buy it. It's very good, especially compared to the other brands sold here.
Edit: I just now noticed my misspelling 😅. I left the "L" out. Delverde!
