



Heat some oil in a saucepan, add a couple of salted anchovy filets cut finely, cook until they melt, add a few capers finely cut and maybe a little garlic. Add passata and cook for 20 minutes. Blanch the frutti di mare, if fresh; cook the fusilli al dente and strain them keeping some cooking water, let the pasta steam for 5 minutes, this makes it absorb more sauce and become more tasteful. In the mean time add the frutti di mare to the sauce and heat it well. Add the pasta and stirfry for a couple of minutes adding cooking water. Finish with some parsley, not in my foto since I prefer some hot chillies purèe.
