Stuffed these guys with 2 heads of roasted garlic, a bag of baby spinach, fresh ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella , Italian seasoning, fresh parsley, and S&P. based & topped w/ leftover homemade red sauce & more fresh mozzarella.
I fucking love stuffed shells!! Just made some a couple weeks ago and have half a box left over, thanks for reminding me so I can whip up the rest this week 🤗
