Broccoli Rabe Pasta – This is one of my favorite southern Italian pasta recipes! Did you grow up calling it rapini or broccoli rabe!? Growing up, my family always called it rapini! This hearty green vegetable is loaded with so many vitamins and minerals. The hardest part of cooking this recipe is thoroughly cleaning the rapini, but the hard work is SO worth it! At the end, drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil right on top!
