Welcome to “Eat & Drink like an Italian: Understanding the Mediterranean Diet Part 2 of 3”

Today in the second of a three-part series, Stevie Kim is with the entrepreneur and wine maker Giuseppe “Beppino” Pagano for a food and wine pairing.

In this episode Stevie explores the gardens of La Dispensa where the fruit and vegetables for the restaurant are grown, visits the dairy where the Buffalo mozzarella is produced and meets the cooks who prepare the restaurant’s simple Mediterranean cuisine with wines specially selected from the San Salvatore winery.
