Detailed No Knead Bread Recipe: https://www.emmafontanella.com/the-easiest-no-knead-bread

Easy No Knead Bread:

– 1¼ cups (300g) lukewarm water + more as needed.
– 2½ tsp salt
– 2 tsp (7g) any dried yeast
– 3 cups (420g) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting

If you are using the Zero Effort Method, only use 1 tsp of yeast.

If your dough seems dry, don’t be afraid to add an extra 2-3 tbsp of water.
Every flour absorbs liquids differently. We are looking for a sticky soft dough (check
video for visuals).

Enjoy!

  4. Emma….love this, thank you 😊 I do have a question….I’ve found that Italian/European flour is very different to flour in the US…….any advice on which flour performs more like Italian flour? TIA

  5. I really need to ask this: everybody on YouTube and their grandma is having a book released in these past couple of weeks. What is going on?

  6. Love the first one. The second one is too time consuming checking every 30 minutes. Can't wait to try it.

  7. I tried today, turned out great. But my area temperature too high so I can't able to finish 4th folding round. Stopped at 3th and the bread came fluffy airy. Thank you so much for your recipe ❤

  8. Hi @emmasgoodies,
Firstable, I have already done many times your focaccia recipe and everybody that tastes it just loves it❤
I want to try now this recipe. However I have a question.
Would it help if I put less yeast and leave the dough in the fridge for a few hours or is it not improving the taste?

  9. I made these and I loved it and my friends did also, we had it with lots of Greek salad and hummus. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe

  10. YAY!! I CAN'T WAIT TO GET UR BOOK! IM DEFINITELY PRE ORDERING CUZ I LOVE UR RECIPES😍 UR MY LIFE SAVER 😂😂

  11. Your loaves both looked fabulous Emma. What protein level is your flour? My attempts at both versions resulted in much denser loaves than yours. The plain flour in Australia is usually only between 9-10g so I think that may be my problem!

  12. Wouldn't the second method give the same result if you use the same ingredients? Since you double the amount of yeast it's no surprise that it rises more, no?

  13. The stretch and fold technique has completely upgraded my bread making. I do this now when making sour dough and the results are awesome. Thanks Emma! ❤

  14. …so 'any dried yeast'… instant? Bread Machine Yeast? could you give more detail on the yeast please?

  15. This looks real good…simple. no fuss ! This is great for a single guy who likes home cooked food, no complicated kneading, eta, eta

  16. Thank you – will definately do the second loaf soon. Great video – to the point and respecting the intelligence and time of the viewers= Thank you
