  1. Pound of pasta, pound of sausage, pound of broccoli rabe.

    Brown sausage, set aside. Toast some garlic slices in the fat. Wilt chopped rabe in garlicky fat. Toss with cooked pasta, pasta water, pecorino. Evoo and more pecorino on the plate.
