Hello and welcome to my channel! For today’s recipe I will be making some simple and delicious Italian Grinder Sandwiches. This recipe is quick and easy yet full of flavor including a homemade grinder salad! I’m sure you will enjoy this tasty sandwich! Thanks for watching and take care!

Ingredients for the sandwiches:
Genoa Salami
Black Forest Ham
Large Pepperoni slices
Hoagie Buns/Bread
Sliced Provolone Cheese
Sliced White Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients To Make The Grinder Salad:
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Sliced Red Onions
Lettuce, washed, dried and shredded
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Sliced Peperoncini Peppers/Banana Peppers
Mix all the ingredients together to form the salad.

To Make The Grinders:
Slice the bread to make to long equal slices. Add the salami, ham and pepperoni to one side of the bread and add the slices of cheese to the other half of the bread. Place in an oven at 425 F or under the broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Take out the oven and season the sandwiches with some salt, Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper. Add some of the grinder salad on top of the side with the meat, then add the other half of the bread on top to create the sandwich. Serve with chips or maybe a side of soup and ENJOY!
