  1. I never understood why keep the skin on. Wouldn’t more flavor be on the meat if the skin was removed first?

  3. Soy sauce, and salt too? I usually find that soy sauce is salty enough. But you're the expert. I'll definitely try it….except for "brutally cutting off heads." Lol.. I buy my shrimp headless.
