    But I've heard "al dente" isn't the right way ever. The Italians don't do it of if they do, top chefs don't do it. Fully cooked the way it's meant. Or am I totally wrong? Some chef told me this. Works in high end restaurants. Long time friend. But maybe he was too high. 🤣

    This channel is a goldmine! I love the content, but i don't really like the new commentary style where Action gets interviewed afterwards. I just like his raw and pure reaction to the food/wine presented to him. Anything other gives me the taste of a superficial ordinary tv show.

    I don't understand how these restaurants with like 6 tables make any money ..there was more chefs in the kitchen then there were tables how can they afford to pay everyone pay the rent and still make a profit ?
