INGREDIENTS
• 150g flour
• 100g flour Manitoba
• 100g almonds
• 100ml water
• 5g honey
• 5g pepper
• 5g salt
• 4g yeast
• 100g lard
 
METHOD

Dissolve the salt in half of the water, yeast, in the other half of the water and add honey.
Leave on for 5 minutes. Grind 70 g almonds. Mix two types of flour, add pepper, water with salt, water with yeast, lard and mix.
Add chopped almonds. Knead and let rise 2 hours. Grease hands in a fat roll the dough roll.
Fold in half and twist a pigtail and form a donut. Put on a baking sheet with parchment. Add whole almonds to each donut. Allow 1 hour to rise.
Bake the first 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F, then lower the temperature to 150°C/300°F and bake for 30-40 minutes
