    Veggie Lasagna | Simple, Easy and Homemade 🏡

    INGREDIENTS
    1. For Lasagna Sheets
    All purpose flour – 1 cup
    Semolina – 1/2 cup
    Salt – 1 tsp
    Water – as needed

    2. For Béchamel sauce
    Butter – 2 tbsp
    Flour – 2 tbsp
    Milk – 2 cups
    Cheese – 2 slices
    Salt – 1/2 tsp
    Oregano – 1/2 tsp
    Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp

    3. For Chunky Tomato Sauce 🍅
    Oil – 2 tsp
    Garlic – 6
    Ginger – 2 inch
    Onion – 1
    Tomato puree – 3 tomatoes
    Grated Paneer/Tofu – 1/2 cup
    Salt – 1/2 tsp
    Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
    Oregano – 1/2 tsp
    Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
    Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
    Basil leaves and Coriander – to garnish

    Assemble the Lasagna in a square dish. Alternative layers of Red sauce, Lasagna Sheets, White Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese. Repeat the process until the top. At least put lots of Mozzarella Cheeze, more Coriander and Red Chilli Flakes.
