I have added cherry and normal tomatoes to get the color and texture.Heat olive oil. Add chili flakes and garlic for about 30 to 45 seconds.Add uncooked pasta directly on the oil. Slowly keep on adding the tomato purée/tomato water till the pasta gets cooked.You can let the pasta little burnt so it will give a amazing folder.To emphasize keep adding little purée and let it all evaporate and then a little more.
