A great pasta recipe for the season of young vegetables. You will need: 250 g of pasta, 1 zucchini, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 carrot, 2 sprigs of parsley, spices. Preparation: Arbitrarily, but chop all the vegetables finely. Fry onions and carrots for 4-5 minutes, add zucchini, and after 2-3 minutes – tomatoes and garlic. Pour in half a cup of water, and braise for 15 minutes on low heat. Season the sauce, add chopped parsley and mix with the boiled pasta.
