This cheesy butternut squash gnocchi bake will give your fave mac and cheese recipe a real run for its money. Easy, cheesy goodness.

Ingredients (Serves 4):

800g Frozen Butternut Squash Cubes or 1 Butternut Squash, Peeled and Cut Into 3cm Cubes
50g Parmesan
100g Cream Cheese
3 Garlic Cloves
1kg Gnocchi
1 Tbsp Marmite
½ Lemon
½ Handful of Sage (15g)
2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper

  2. I hate shorts. I can save it on my playlist, you can't go back a few seconds, and it's… well, too short. The recipe looks awesome, but is totally useless like that.
