1 Large Zucchini shredded ( squeeze water out and save in a cup)
1 t Italian Seasoning
1 t Garlic Powder
1 t Garlic & Onion Garden Seasoning
Pepper and salt to taste
1 c Panko Breadcrumbs
2 oz of cheese (cheddar & Parmesan)
Zucchini water & 2 T ChickPea Flour (or two eggs)
Form in an oblong oval shape on a cookie sheet with a liner, 1” apart.
Bake 415 F for 35 mins or until golden brown.
Cool and serve with red sauce.
