i’ve invented a new dish: the potato pasta curry bake!

i made a curry esque sauce (cream, tomato sauce, turmeric, star anise, cumin) for spinach penne, then put it over potatoes, added cheese and breadcrumbs, and baked until melty. it’s delicious!
