Regarding the oil inside the pasta water, I didn't understand which grandma the chef was referring to 🤔no Italian grandma would put oil (never); first, because it's useless (as he rightly said) and then because EVO oil (we always use just that) is not cheap at all (even the industrial one). That said, the Fettuccine looked really good, brava. 👍
