Lasagna alla Bolognese: A Masterpiece of Italian Cuisine”

Here is the recipe for making Lasagna alla Bolognese:
Ingredients:
Fresh lasagna sheets (or egg pasta)
500g ground meat (beef and pork)
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
800g peeled tomatoes, blended
200ml meat stock
150ml red wine
4 tablespoons olive oil
100g butter
100g flour
1 liter of milk
Nutmeg to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
200g grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
200g mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions:
In a large pot, heat the olive oil and add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
Add the ground meat and cook until well browned. Deglaze with red wine and allow the alcohol to evaporate.
Add the blended tomatoes and meat stock. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook over low heat for at least one hour, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until smooth (roux).
Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Continue cooking until the béchamel thickens. Add nutmeg and salt to taste.
Once the meat sauce and bechamel sauce are ready, it is time to compose the lasagna. In a rectangular baking dish, spread a layer of béchamel sauce on the bottom.
Arrange a layer of lasagna leaves on top of the béchamel sauce. Add a layer of meat sauce, grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and mozzarella cheese cubes.
Continue making layers by alternating pasta, meat sauce, cheese and béchamel until you run out of ingredients. The last layer should be béchamel sauce and cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes, or until the surface is golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
