I'd call it something like an oven bake. A crust with baking powder will be more like a biscuit crust. That would be ok if preferred. It's kind of like when people make those quick " doughnuts" out of canned biscuits. It looks like a doughnut but without yeast, it's just not quite a real doughnut. Still convenient, though, if you are short on time or have no yeast. Man, that meat is sliced pretty thick tho.
