Make 3 basic fresh pastas, I did mine without egg. For two of them mix powdered herbs (I used peperoncino for red and the green is a timo blend) of choice. Adjust amount depending on how strong or week you prefer the taste. Roll the different coloured pastas into thin sausages, place in the order of preference and then roll together to combine.
For the filling simply combine three types of vegan cheese. Spoon into center and combine in the typical way for ravioli.
