
I added, salt, pepper, Serano, peppers, garlic, Italian seasoning, rosemary, green onion, tomato paste, little bit of water because it was too thick (probably should not have added the paste).
My next question is how to I save this for later? I made a lot, but still only used only half of the ingredients from my garden. I used the tomatoes that were splitting because they go bad 1st. I just spent $300 on canning equipment. If I didn’t want to can using a “pressure canner” ($89) how would you save this sauce?
