For this italian sauce you need:
-600 mil tomato sauce
-500 g of minced beef meat
-500 g of minced pork meat
-1 glass of white wine
-50 g butter
-some leek
-1 diced carrot
-1 diced onion
-1 teaspoon of grated nutmeg
-salt and pepper to taste
-5 spoons of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation now
I melt the butter and the olive oil together in a pot.
When the butter is completely melt, I add the onion, the carrot and the chopped leek.
I mix all together and I let it fry at a simmer for about 10 minutes whit the lid on.
Then, I add the minced meat, both beef and pork, and I mix it again.
Next, I sprinkle the nutmeg and some salt and papper.
Now, I add the wine.
After mixing the ingredients, I put the lid on and I let it cook for a few more minutes.
Before adding the tomato sauce, I take the lid off and let the wine evaporate.
Then, I let it boil for 20 minutes.

Now, my ragu sauce is ready be used in many delicios italian recipes.
