Blend it with basil and set aside.Crisp up pancetta with some olive oil.Remove the pancetta and infuse garlic in the fat.Deglace with white wine and reduce.Add blended tomatoes and let simmer.Add pasta just before al dente and let it finish in the sauce. Add pasta water if needed.Turn off the heat and add basil and cheese. ( I used grana padano )Garnish with the crispy pancetta, basil, more cheese, black pepper, and olive oil.
