
This dish was very lemon-themed because I made it on National Limoncello Day towards the end of June. The pink in the ravioli is naturally colored by pink pitaya. Also, I know it’s quite a sad looking piece of parsley on my plate, it’s all I had left 🤣

This is a quite interesting take on cuisines. Only seen limoncello with shrimp but the trailblazing starts here
