Homemade gnocchi tossed in my spicy pork ragù made with peperoncini, pancetta, e carne di maiale macinata. Topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and basil chiffonade. For the gnocchi dough, I used yellow potatoes, egg, salt, farina tipo 00, and semolina.
