2 Zucchini
1 Aubergine
2 Paprika

Zum Bestreuen

Semmelbrösel 40 g / 1/2 Tasse
Parmesan 40 g / 1/2 Tasse
Salz 1 TL
Basilikum 1 TL
Thymian 1 TL
3 Knoblauchzehen

Olivenöl

Im Ofen / 45 Minuten / 200C / 400F /

5 Tomaten
Salz
Mozzarella

Im Ofen / 20 Minuten / 205C / 400F /
Parmesan

1 eggplant
2 peppers

To sprinkle

Breadcrumbs 40 g / 1/2 cup

In the oven / 45 minutes / 200C / 400F /

  4. I just made this amazing dish last night! I’m on Keto, so I switched out the breadcrumbs with pulverized pork rinds. That was the only change that I made and it is just so delicious 😋. The amazing aroma that fills your home, as it bakes, makes your mouth water. My husband, who is not a huge vegetable lover, could barely keep his fork out of it until it cooled. This dish is definitely a “keeper”!!!

  5. I am sure the dish must be swimming in water – let out by watery vegetables that have been sprinkled with salt but not drained in a colander – plus "grated" tomatoes. I am sure it smells very nice but I dislike watery vegetables.

  7. I like these videos and I actually made this dish. It was the first time my family and I tried eggplant and we didn't like it so I made it without the eggplant and it was okay but not good enough to make again. The breading was delicious enough to make in any other dish!

  14. I just made this. The flavor is awesome, but I was left with a pool of water from the tomatoes. As I pulled a piece out, the flood gates open and the space fills with the tomato juice.

  15. Hi… Auch nicht unwichtig für alle, die das lesen… parmesan ist NICHT vegetarisch!!! Es ist ein mit Lab hergestellter Käse und ein traurig erstellter Mist. Guckt im Internet nach, was Lab ist…
